Lower Rated Classification Clause Samples
Lower Rated Classification. An employee temporarily assigned during their regular daily shift to a lower rated classification within their department shall not have their hourly base rate of pay reduced.
Lower Rated Classification. Employees who move to a lower rated classification will move to the same pay level in the lower classification or per Appendix “B”, whichever is higher.
