Lower Limit. In the case of the Estate of a Principal Shareholder, such Estate will tender for redemption and BCI will redeem that number of shares of Stock as shall equal that percentage of shares of Stock actually redeemed by the Estate of ▇▇▇▇ Block, Jr. compared to the maximum number of shares that said Estate could have redeemed under subparagraph (A) of this Section 1.03.
Lower Limit. 3.1 The OPEN Foundation can set a lower limit pursuant to which Producers can be fully or partially exempted from the obligation to pay the Waste-management fee, whether or not per type of EEE.

4.2 For the purposes of calculating Business Warranty Claims and/or Tax Warranty Claims counting towards the Threshold, there shall be included in any Business Warranty Claim and/or Tax Warranty Claim the amount of any costs, expenses and other liabilities (together with any irrecoverable VAT thereon) incurred or to be incurred by the Buyer and any member of the Target Group in connection with the making of any such Business Warranty Claim and/or Tax Warranty Claim.
