Lower Boundary Clause Samples
Lower Boundary. The horizontal plane of the lowermost surface of the concrete slab beneath the Building immediately above the surface of the Land.
Lower Boundary. The lower boundaries of each residential Unit shall be the horizontal plane coinciding with the upper surface of the concrete or other floor slab or structural flooring system of the ground floor of the Unit.
