Low enrolment program Sample Clauses
A Low Enrolment Program clause allows an educational institution to modify, suspend, or cancel a program if the number of enrolled students falls below a specified threshold. In practice, this clause typically applies to courses or academic programs that do not attract enough participants to be viable, and it may outline the process for notifying affected students and offering alternatives such as transfers or refunds.
