Common use of Lot Use Clause in Contracts

Lot Use. The Project Approvals (defined in Section 1.4) contemplate development of a transit oriented development consisting of three lots: (i) Lot 1 (119 Dwellings/Public Parking/Mixed Uses); (ii) Lot 2 (325 Dwellings/Public Parking/Mixed Uses); and (iii) Lot 3 (290,140 square feet of Commercial Office/Public Parking/Mixed Uses); and shall be subject to the Public Easements described in Section 1.2.1 above and Exhibit B.
