Lot Types. The allowable lot types within each of the Transect Zones outlined in Section IV of the Development Standards shall be vested as a matter of right for the Transect Zones depicted on the Regulating Plan attached hereto as Exhibit E. The specific mix of allowable lot types (minimum and maximum diversity of lot types) by Transect Zones are outlined in Section III of the Development Standards attached hereto as Exhibit F.
