LOT LEASE. The terms and conditions of the attached Lot Lease is hereby incorporated into this Lease. In addition to the requirements set forth in this Lease, Resident is responsible for all terms, conditions and requirements as set forth in the Lot Lease as if same were fully written into this Lease.
