Lost or Destroyed Trust Certificate. If the Trust Certificate shall become mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Owner Trustee on behalf of the Trust will, upon the written request of the Beneficiary, and compliance with all applicable terms of this paragraph, execute and deliver to such holder in replacement thereof a new Trust Certificate dated the same date as on the Trust Certificate so mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen. If the Trust Certificate being replaced has been mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Beneficiary will furnish to the Owner Trustee such security or indemnity as may be required by the Owner Trustee to save the Owner Trustee harmless from any damage, loss or liability in connection with such Trust Certificate, and the Owner Trustee may require from the Beneficiary payment of a sum to reimburse the Owner Trustee for, or to provide funds for, the payment of any costs, fees and expenses and any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith and any charges paid or payable by the Owner Trustee.
