Loss. An employee or former employee shall lose seniority and be removed from the seniority list in the following circumstances:
a) if discharged for just cause;
b) seniority has been maintained to the maximum amount allowable under Article 11.04;
c) on loss or termination of employment status (subject to express exceptions set out in this agreement);
d) on acceptance of severance pay.
