Loose Clause Samples
A "Loose" clause typically refers to a provision in a contract or agreement that is intentionally broad or flexible in its language and application. Such clauses may use general terms or avoid strict definitions, allowing for interpretation based on context or future circumstances. For example, a loose clause might state that parties will "cooperate as needed" without specifying exact duties or timelines. The core practical function of a loose clause is to provide adaptability and accommodate unforeseen situations, but it may also introduce ambiguity and potential disputes over interpretation.
