Loop Testing. will not perform routine testing of the unbundled loop for maintenance purposes. CD will be required to provision a loop-testing device either in its central office, Network Control Center or in its collocation arrangement to test the unbundled loop. CenturyTel will perform repair and maintenance once trouble is identified by CD.
