Looksmart, Ltd. No Party may raise the use of a facsimile for the purpose of transmitting a signature of that Party or another party as a defense to the enforcement of this Agreement or any other document required to be delivered in accordance with its terms, including any amendment thereof. This Agreement may be changed only by a written document signed by authorized representatives of RagingWire and Client. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “written” means anything reduced to a tangible form by a Party, including a printed or handwritten document. However, emails, even if they include a typed name and/or signature block do not constitute signed writings.
