Longevity Defined Clause Samples

The 'Longevity Defined' clause establishes a clear definition for the term 'longevity' as it is used within the agreement. This clause typically specifies the criteria or metrics by which longevity is measured, such as the duration of a product's useful life, the length of a service period, or the expected lifespan of an asset. By providing a precise definition, the clause ensures that all parties have a mutual understanding of what constitutes longevity in the context of the contract, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes related to performance or warranty obligations.
