Long Term Forecast. No later than [***] ([***]) months prior to the anticipated Commercial Launch Date by Company or its Affiliates or Sublicensees of a Licensed Product in any particular country, Company shall provide CyDex with a forecast setting forth Company’s nonbinding estimate of the required quantities of Commercial Grade Captisol for each of the following [***] ([***]) years. Such long-term nonbinding forecast shall thereafter be updated by Company at least once every [***] ([***]) months.
