Neither the Corporation nor any of its Subsidiaries have any material obligations or liabilities, direct or indirect, vested or contingent in respect of any Swaps having terms greater than ninety (90) days or any other similar transactions (including any option with respect to any of such transactions) or any combination of such transactions.
