Logs. Contractor shall prepare and keep current, for the Architect’s and the Owner’s approval, logs or schedules reflecting the date the items were submitted, when a response is reasonably due and when receipt occurred of Requests for Information (RFI’s), Change Order Requests (COR’s), Change Orders (CO’s) and submittals which shall be coordinated by Contractor with Contractor’s construction schedule and which allows the Architect and the Owner reasonable time to review submittals or other such documents. Contractor shall post all logs to eBuilder or if eBuilder is not used, give the Owner access to such logs and schedules at all times. Logs shall be kept on Excel spread sheets unless other format is approved by the Owner Representative.

Logs. Lessee shall maintain and provide to Lessor or the Secretary a complete set of all seismic data (geological and/or geophysical), any and all data pertaining to core descriptions, lithology logs, electronic logging surveys, LIS digital tapes; all final stack seismic data, and all information pertaining to test data of water (all such information set forth herein is collectively referred to herein as "logs") which are developed by Lessee or at its direction in connection with Lessee's activities on the Leased Premises. When requested by Lessor, Lessee shall show and explain final interpretations to Lessor, but shall not be required to provide copies of such interpretations to Lessor. All logs shall be made available to a designated representative of Lessor for inspection, if Lessor so requests, not later than forty-eight (48) hours after having been run. Any copies of logs provided to Lessor or the Secretary shall be held confidential and shall not be released or made available to any other Party until six months after completion of each well, unless Lessee gives written permission to release logs sooner.

Logs. 13.1 f the Supplier keeps a log of the use of the Service the Supplier may only, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, use the data from the log as necessary to perform the Ser- vices, and if the log does not contain any personal data for development , to clarify misuse or analyse infringements as well as to provide information to public authorities or for statistical purposes. If data from the logs are used for statistical purposes, the data shall not contain Customer's Data or information to which a confidentiality obligation applies, so that the Customer or a person can be identified, and such statistical analyses shall not create personal data. Logs. Weekly logs are a critical component of the course (20% of overall mark). These need to be filled out properly each day. A completed log that has been verified and signed by the employer must be on record at the workplace. School copies are due by 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoons. The subject teacher will review the verified paper copies of logs upon visitation. If no log is submitted the student may be removed from the placement, according to the discretion of the subject teacher. All co-op hours must be submitted with your logs. Failure to comply with these expectations could result in a student being withdrawn from their placement.

Logs. Lessee shall have an electric or radioactivity survey made of the bore-hole section, from the total depth of the well to the surface of the ground, of all xxxxx drilled on the Premises and shall provide a copy of each and every log of each required survey, along with copies of logs of all other bore- hole surveys completed with respect to the well, to Lessor within fifteen (15) days after the making of the survey.

Okta (i) backs-up logs on a daily basis, (ii) implements commercially reasonable measures to protect such logs from unauthorized modification or erasure, and (iii) retains such logs in compliance with Okta’s data retention policy. If there is suspicion of inappropriate access to the Service, Okta has the ability to provide customers log entry records to assist in forensic analysis. This service will be provided to customers on a time and materials basis.
