LOGO – USER REFERENCE. The User grants TEHTRIS a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the User's logo, company name and website link, including reproduction (digital or hard copy), copying, mentioning as a customer reference (e.g. in response to calls for tenders, technical specifications of a prospect), communication to the public (online broadcasting or at a conference/forum). The logo, the name, the internet link and all related rights remain the exclusive property of the User. This right of use is granted geographically for the whole world and for the duration of the related copyrights, within the limit of the duration of this Agreement.
