LOGITECH TECHNOLOGY Sample Clauses

LOGITECH TECHNOLOGY. This means any and all technology created or acquired by Logitech, or licensed to Logitech by third parties, including but not limited to software created by employees or consultants of Logitech (i) first developed or reduced to practice before or after the Effective Date solely by Logitech independent of the scope of the work under this Agreement or (ii) first developed or reduced to practice after the Effective Date solely by Logitech and within the scope of a development schedule in effect under the terms of this Agreement.
LOGITECH TECHNOLOGY. Logitech shall retain ownership of all Logitech Technology (and Logitech Product Model Technology).
