Logitech Inspection Clause Samples

Logitech Inspection. Unless otherwise specified, Products purchased pursuant to this Affidavit and the Purchase Agreement shall be subject to inspection and testing by Logitech or Logitech designated Quality Representative at all times, including during product development, qualification, and/or manufacturing. Unless otherwise specified, final inspection and acceptance of Products by Logitech shall be at Logitech’s facilities. Logitech reserves the right to reject Products which do not conform to all Specifications, drawings, samples or other requirements stipulated by Logitech regardless of whether the Products have been subjected to inspection by Logitech, the Supplier or their sub-contractors.
