Logitech Asia desires to manufacture and sell to Buyer, and Buyer desires to purchase from Logitech Asia, a certain component and a certain product acquired by Buyer pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement as specified herein in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
