Logistics Guide Clause Samples
The Logistics Guide clause outlines the procedures and requirements related to the transportation, delivery, and handling of goods or services under the agreement. It typically specifies details such as shipping methods, delivery schedules, packaging standards, and responsibilities for coordinating logistics between the parties. By clearly defining these operational aspects, the clause helps ensure that both parties understand their obligations, reducing the risk of delays, miscommunication, or disputes related to the movement and receipt of goods.
Logistics Guide. All Merchandise shall be packed for shipment and stored in full compliance with Company’s instructions and with the Company’s Footwear & Accessories Logistics Guide, as amended from time to time (the “Logistics Guide”).
Logistics Guide. Seller agrees to fully comply with Buyer’s Internal Vendor Logistics and Compliance Guide, as amended from time to time, a copy of which has been received and reviewed by Seller and any other logistics requirements outlined on a PO or by way of Buyer’s instructions associated with the issuance of a PO (collectively, the “Logistics Guide”). In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between this Supply Agreement and the Logistics Guide, this Supply Agreement shall govern, including for example, Seller’s indemnification limits for intellectual property claims as described below in Section IV below.
Logistics Guide. All information regarding the details of the Exhibitor’s participation in SIAL Canada is provided to them, after allocation of their space, in the Logistics Guide sent to each participant and accessible on the SIAL Canada website. The Exhibitor also undertakes to respect the required security and prevention measures, customs formalities and constraints laid out regarding the layout of spaces.
