Log-in Credentials. When you enroll, you will create a unique User ID and password that you will use each time you log into Online Banking. Keep these credentials confidential to prevent unauthorized use or loss to your accounts. Anyone to whom you give your log-in credentials will have full access to your accounts, even if you attempt to limit that person's authority. Additionally, that person will have full access to any of your other accounts which can be accessed by those log-in credentials, even if those accounts are in your name with another person. You are liable for all transactions you make or that you authorize another person to make even if that person exceeds his or her authority. If you wish to rescind access for others to whom you have given your log-in credentials or if you have reason to believe your log-in information has been compromised, you must contact our Electronic Banking Department at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to obtain new credentials. Our employees and employees of our affiliates will not call you or send you e-mails requesting your password, account number, Social Security number or other confidential information. If you are contacted by someone requesting this information, please contact our Electronic Banking Department at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ immediately. Your password will give you access to your Surrey Bank & Trust accounts via Online or Mobile Banking. We are entitled to act on any instructions received using your password. For security purposes, we recommend that you memorize your password and do not write it down. We also encourage you to change your password every 90 days to reduce the risk of misappropriation by a third party. Your password can be changed on our Online Banking site by going to the Change Password link in Administration. All passwords must be at least 8 characters and use both letters and numbers. You may also use special characters. You will be asked to enter your User ID and password each time you access Online Banking. If you enter an incorrect password 3 times, you will be locked out. Follow the onscreen prompts to reset your password or call your Surrey Bank & Trust branch for assistance.

User assumes full responsibility for any and all use, unauthorized use or misuse of the Service by any individual(s) using User’s Log-in Credentials, including any and all Transactions resulting from such use, or misuse, as if such use had in fact been made by User. User acknowledges and agrees that any breach by any individual(s) using User’s Log-in Credentials, of any of User’s obligations hereunder shall constitute a material breach of such obligations by User and User shall be responsible for any such breach. User agrees to be bound by any message or instruction effected via the Service, including, without limitation, the execution of Transactions and/or the instruction to change User’s Log-in Credentials. User shall change or replace all Log-in Credentials as soon as possible after receipt of instructions to do so from Redwood.

Login credentials generated for the User by EarnDeck are for the User’s internal use only and the User is strictly prohibited from selling, transferring, or sub-licensing them to any other entity or person.
