Common use of Lodgement Clause in Contracts

Lodgement. If the Conditions (other than the Condition in clause 2.1(e)) are satisfied, Talison must lodge with ASIC in accordance with section 411(10) of the Corporations Act an office copy of the Court orders approving this Scheme as soon as practicable after such office copy is received, and in any event by no later than 5.00 pm on the Business Day after the date on which the Court makes those orders (or such other Business Day as Talison and Bidder agree in writing).
