Lodge a. The Club shall operate its areas of the Lodge, which are described as follows: offices, locker rooms, and storage. Club areas do not include Olympian Hall, the Fireplace Room, Ski Patrol offices, and restrooms. Club use of other areas of the Lodge shall be in accordance with general City policies, including Club execution on an annual basis of standard use agreements and deposits. For the avoidance of doubt, and consistent with past practice, the Club shall have year-round access to Olympian Hall, the Fireplace Room and restrooms for all Club activities without cost of use other than costs associated with failure to adhere to standard use agreements or for damage or cleaning required that would be withheld from applicable deposits.

He may work alone occasionally but will require direction and instructions from Xxxxxxxxxx "II", "I", "A" and "Lead". Xxxxxxxxxx "II" Must be capable, without direction, of fitting, aligning and lubricating, and taking and reassembling plant equipment. In addition, is expected to be able to weld, operate shop tools and do pipefitting as required. Must under direction, become proficient at effective methods of trouble shooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical faults in plant machinery. Must under supervision, become proficient at reading and understanding blue prints, all phases of installing new equipment, laying out hydraulic and mechanical drives and meet speed and power requirements correctly.

  • THE ACADEMY 2.1 The Company will establish and maintain, and carry on or provide for the carrying on of the Academy in accordance with the Master Agreement and this Agreement.

  • Associates The Unit 2 Association may designate only one Association Associate and alternate at each Department/Agency facility. The Association Associates are union stewards as that term is generally used. The alternate shall serve in the absence of the Associate. The Associate or alternate will be permitted reasonable time off during his/her normal tour of duty to attend to the administration of the Agreement, to investigate and process grievances for employees, and represent employees as provided for in the grievance procedure contained in Article 20. Additionally, Associates will be permitted reasonable time off during his/her normal tour of duty to represent employees in predisciplinary meetings at regular rate with no loss of benefits. During such time the Associate or alternate shall continue to be paid at his/her regular rate and shall receive all fringe benefits, seniority accrual and other benefits. When not using time for such purposes, Associates and alternates will perform their regularly assigned job duties. An employee must have completed his/her probationary period before becoming an Associate or alternate. In addition to the time permitted by the grievance procedure, each Association Associate or alternate shall be permitted to use a reasonable amount of paid time to consult with Association representatives and represent bargaining unit members at grievance meetings. Associates and alternates of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources may cross division lines within each affected department to represent employees in grievance and predisciplinary meetings. Negotiating Committee members who are off duty or using banked hours under Section 10.04

  • County The County shall be represented in such bargaining or negotiations by such representation as the County Executive shall designate.
