Lodge Sample Clauses
Lodge. A security deposit is required for lodge rental. The security deposit is $50 per day/overnight for Girl Scout groups and $250 per day/overnight for all other groups due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks of your departure, less any deductions for amounts owed under paragraph 2 of this Agreement.
Lodge a. The Club shall operate its areas of the Lodge, which are described as follows: offices, locker rooms, and storage. Club areas do not include Olympian Hall, the Fireplace Room, Ski Patrol offices, and restrooms. Club use of other areas of the Lodge shall be in accordance with general City policies, including Club execution on an annual basis of standard use agreements and deposits. For the avoidance of doubt, and consistent with past practice, the Club shall have year-round access to Olympian Hall, the Fireplace Room and restrooms for all Club activities without cost of use other than costs associated with failure to adhere to standard use agreements or for damage or cleaning required that would be withheld from applicable deposits.
Lodge. One hundred forty-eight (148) guest rooms, meeting/banquet rooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge, snack bar, gift shop, indoor and outdoor pools, game room, fitness room, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and sand volleyball court.
