Common use of Locksmith Clause in Contracts

Locksmith. This shall be an assigned title, not a transferable title. The assignment of this title shall be at the discretion of the District. Assignment will be based upon District needs and an employee's qualifications to fill those needs. The employee assigned this title will maintain their contracted position and hourly rate while fulfilling the duties of the Locksmith and will receive $0.45 above their hourly rate.
