LOCKOUT POLICY. LANDLORD suggests that TENANT(S) make a copy immediately of front door and room keys to keep in a safe place in case of emergency. If you are locked out and you call the maintenance number to be let in, a $50 charge will be assessed for this service, due at time of service. It is suggested that you call ▇▇▇▇'s Lock Shop at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ and make arrangements to get new keys and to provide payment directly to them.
