Common use of Lockbox Deposits Clause in Contracts

Lockbox Deposits. If a lockbox arrangement shall have been required by the Administrative Agent, permit or cause any and all payments required to be made directly to the Administrative Agent, pursuant to Section 11.2 of this Agreement, to be made or directed to any other Person, without the prior approval of the Administrative Agent.
