Lock-Boxes. Seller has taken all actions necessary for Purchaser and the Partnership to obtain full and exclusive access and ownership to all funds relating to and the Lock Boxes used in the business of the Hospital, and Seller shall deliver to Purchaser all necessary executed documents and consents to accomplish and evidence such exclusive ownership and access.
