Location of Real Property. Annex 20 to this Schedule 2 lists completely and correctly as of the Effective Date all Real Property and the addresses thereof, indicating for each parcel whether it is owned or leased, including in the case of leased Real Property, the landlord name, lease date and lease expiration date. The Tensar Parties and the Subsidiaries own in fee or have valid leasehold interests in, as the case may be, all the real property set forth on Annex 20 to this Schedule 2.
