Location of Inventory and Equipment. (a) Keep the Inventory and Equipment only at the locations identified on Schedule 6.12; provided, however, that Borrower may amend Schedule 6.12 so long as such amendment occurs by written notice to Agent not more than 30 days after the date on which the Inventory or Equipment is moved to such new location, so long as such new location is within the continental United States, and so long as, at the time of such written 53 notification, Borrower provides any financing statements or fixture filings requested by Agent which are reasonably necessary to perfect and continue perfected the Agent's Liens on such assets and shall use its best efforts to obtain for Agent a Collateral Access Agreement, if applicable.
