Common use of Location of Improvements Clause in Contracts

Location of Improvements. All improvements to the Mortgaged Property that have been included in its appraised value lie within the boundaries of the land as described in the legal description attached to the related Bond Mortgage, or to the extent that any such improvements encroach onto any adjoining land, each such encroachment falls within the exceptions for encroachments set forth in Guide Chapter 16 except as set forth on Schedule B. No improvements on neighboring properties encroach onto the Mortgaged Property, or all such encroachments fall within the exceptions for encroachments set forth in Guide Chapter 16.
