Location of Improvements; No Encroachments. All improvements subject to the Mortgage that were considered in determining the appraised value of the Mortgaged Premises lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Premises (and wholly within the project with respect to a condominium unit) and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Mortgaged Premises except those that are insured against by the title insurance policy referred to in clause (q) above and all improvements on the Mortgaged Premises comply with all applicable zoning and subdivision laws and ordinances.
