Location of Escrow Materials. 2.1 The Escrow Materials shall be administered by Escrow Agent from the location specified on Exhibit C and shall not be moved to any other location without the express written consent of Amexco and Depositor. Escrow Agent shall notify Depositor in writing of any change in location.
