Common use of Local Shopping Clause in Contracts

Local Shopping. Each contract for the supply of goods estimated to cost USD 20 000 equivalent or less, shall be awarded on the basis of evaluating and comparing bids invited from at least three suppliers, in accordance with procedures approved by the Cooperating Institution.

Local Shopping. Each contract for the supply of goods goods, with the exception of those specified in paragraph 7, part (i), above, estimated to cost USD 20 10 000 equivalent or lessmore but less than USD 25 000 equivalent, shall be awarded on the basis of evaluating and comparing bids invited from at least three suppliers, in accordance with procedures approved by the Cooperating Institution.
