Common use of LOCAL PROCUREMENT STATEMENT Clause in Contracts

LOCAL PROCUREMENT STATEMENT. 31.20.1 In furtherance of the obligation in Article 20 of the Contract for the Licensee to give preference to the procurement of Sierra Leonean goods and services, the Licensee shall prepare in respect of each Year a local procurement statement, containing the following information: a) The amount of expenditure incurred by the Licensee directly, or indirectly through its Subcontractors, on goods supplied, produced or manufactured in Sierra Leone b) the amount of expenditure incurred by the Licensee directly, or indirectly through its Subcontractors, on services provided by Sierra Leonean entities;
