Local Opinions. With respect to each Property being acquired on such Property Closing Date, if requested by the Agent; (i) the Agent and the Investor shall have received the executed legal opinion of counsel to Lessee and the Guarantors, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1 hereto, limited to those Operative Agreements executed by Lessee and the Guarantors on the Property Closing Date; (ii) the Agent, the Lessee and the Investor shall have received the executed legal opinion of counsel to Lessor, the Trust and the Trust Company, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-2 hereto, limited to those Operative Agreements executed by Lessor, the Trust and the Trust Company on the Property Closing Date; and (iii) the Agent and the Investor shall have received the executed legal opinion of local counsel to the Lessee and the Guarantors in the state in which such Property is located, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-3 hereto;
