Local Loop Issues Clause Samples
The 'Local Loop Issues' clause addresses problems or limitations related to the local loop, which is the physical connection between a customer's premises and the telecommunications provider's network. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities of each party if there are faults, delays, or service interruptions caused by the local loop infrastructure, such as copper or fiber lines managed by third parties. By clearly defining how such issues are handled, the clause helps allocate responsibility and manage expectations, reducing disputes and ensuring smoother resolution of connectivity problems.
