Common use of LOCAL LABOR Clause in Contracts

In areas where local labor practices dictate that the service representative be assisted by Construction Craft personnel while performing those on-site service functions, Seller will not accept charges for such assistance, when such charges have not been previously agreed to and accepted in writing by Seller’s Authorized Representative.
