LOCAL IMPROVEMENT Sample Clauses
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT shall include utilities, fencing, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, pavements and such other local improvements as are defined by the Local Improvements Act or the Municipal Act, as amended, or any successor thereto.
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT. A “Local Improvement” is as defined in the City of Winnipeg Local Improvement By-law 98/72.
