Local Currency Costs. Disbursements pursuant to Section 8.2 will be used exclusively to finance the costs of goods and services required tfor the ProJecthaving their.source and, except as A.I.D. may otherwise agree in writing, their origin in Guyana ("Local Currency Costs").
