Appointment of Managers With effect from the day and year stated in Box 4 and continuing unless and until terminated as provided herein, the Owners hereby appoint the Managers and the Managers hereby agree to act as the Managers of the Vessel.

Removal of Managers At any special meeting of the Members, duly called as provided in this LLC Agreement, any manager or managers may, by the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of all the Percentage Ownership entitled to vote for the election of managers, be removed from office, either with or without cause. At such meeting a successor or successors may be elected by a majority of the votes cast.
Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Notice of Appointment of Dividend and Transfer Agent The Trust agrees to notify the Custodian in writing of the appointment, termination or change in appointment of any Dividend and Transfer Agent.
Appointment of Representatives 6.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Representatives of the Union.
Appointment of Manager Owner hereby engages and retains Manager as the manager and as tenant coordinating agent of the Properties, and Manager hereby accepts such appointment on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth; it being understood that this Management Agreement shall cause Manager to be, at law, Owner’s agent upon the terms contained herein.
Reservation of Managerial Rights The foregoing enumeration of School Board rights and duties shall not be deemed to exclude other inherent management rights and management functions not expressly reserved herein, and all management rights and management functions not expressly delegated in this Agreement are reserved to the School Board.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent 2.1 Each Fund hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent and dividend disbursing agent for Shares of the Fund and the Transfer Agent hereby accepts such appointments and agrees to perform the duties hereinafter set forth.
