Local Agent. With respect to the Drug Approvals in China, CASI’s Affiliate in China shall (i) after the Assignment Effective Date, be appointed as MMCO’s local agent in China; and (ii) after the Swiss MA is formally transferred to the New Swiss MAH, be appointed as the New Swiss MAH’s local agent in China (collectively, “Change of Local Agent”). It is acknowledged by the Parties that, with the Change of Local Agent, the Relevant Drug Approval Transferee may pursuant to applicable Laws act on behalf of the holder of the Drug Approvals in China.

Local Agent. If requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to deliver to Seller, within five (5) days from such request, an executed designation of an individual qualified to accept service of process in the State of Florida, which such designation shall be irrevocable unless Buyer effectively appoints a substitute local agent and notifies Seller of such substituted designation.

Local Agent. The Contractor shall have an agent in New York City that shall be authorized to accept all notices, and any service of process in connection with the Contract.

Local Agent. The Local Agent is authorized by the Lender to act as its representative in Brazil in connection with all transactions relating hereto, including without limitation enforcement or collection proceedings against the Borrower or otherwise, in each case to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

Local Agent. The Local Agent has been designated under this Agreement to carry out duties of the Administrative Agent. The Local Agent shall be subject to each of the obligations to be performed by the Local Agent, and each of the Borrowers and the Lenders agrees that the Local Agent shall be entitled to exercise each of the rights and shall be entitled to each of the benefits of the Administrative Agent under this Agreement as relate to the performance of its obligations.

Local Agent. Manager will provide a local agent to maintain and monitor Managed Area. Such agent shall be made know to City and will be on-site at the Managed Area at minimum once per week. Additional visits to the site may be required by City or the public, and Manager will work in good faith to meet those needs.

Local Agent. 18.1 The International Agent authorizes the Local Agent, on its behalf, to take such measures and exercise such powers as are expressly provided for or delegated to the Local Agent in this Agreement as well as those which are reasonably the consequence thereof. 18.2 The Local Agent is responsible for the prompt transfer to the Borrower of all amounts received from the Banks in connection with the Facility.
