Such loans have on any securities guaranteed. Associated company As at December 31, 2020, the Company had loans from related company in term of promissory notes which is due within June 30, 2021 and interest payable on quarterly basis at the interest rate of 2.75% per annum.

Related persons‌ As at March 31, 2021 and December 31, 2020, the Company had loans from related persons in term of promissory notes, by issuing the 12 and 11 promissory notes, respectively which is due within 2 years and interest payable on quarterly basis at the interest rate of 2.75% - 3.00% per annum and 2.75% - 3.00% per annum, respectively, under the condition that lenders are able to call for their loans before maturity and the Company can repay its loans before maturity.
