Loans, Etc. As of the date of this Agreement, no stockholder of Uni-Pixel has any liabilities, obligations or indebtedness of any kind whatsoever chargeable to the Uni-Pixel stockholder and payable to Uni-Pixel by the Uni-Pixel stockholder.
