Common use of Loans by the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Loans by the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers with respect to (x) the Loans held by it or any of its Affiliates, and (y) the Notes held by it or any of its Affiliates as any other Lender and may exercise the same as if it were not the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Borrower as if the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder.

Loans by the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers with respect to (x) the Loans held by it or any of its Affiliates, and (y) the Notes held by it or any of its Affiliates as any other Lender and may exercise the same as if it were not the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers with respect to (x) the Loans held by it or any of its Affiliates, and (y) the Notes held Credit Extensions made by it or any of its Affiliates as any other Lender and may exercise the same as if it were not the Administrative AgentAgent hereunder. The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with Greektown Holdings, its Subsidiaries, Kewadin, Monroe, the Borrower Authority, the Tribe or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Borrower thereof as if the Administrative Agent were such Person was not the Administrative Agent hereunder.

The Administrative Agent Xxxxx Fargo and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Borrower and its Affiliates as if the Administrative Agent Xxxxx Fargo were not the Administrative Agent hereunder.
