Common use of Loans by Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Loans by Borrowers. No Borrower has made any loans or advances to any Affiliate or other Person except for (i) advances authorized hereunder to employees, officers and directors of a Borrower for travel and other expenses arising in the ordinary course of such Borrower’s business and loans permitted pursuant to Section 13.6 and (ii) down-payments or deposits on purchases incurred in the ordinary course of business.

Loans by Borrowers.
