Loans by Agent. Agent shall have the same rights and powers with respect to the credit extended by it and the Notes held by it as any Bank and may exercise the same as if it were not Agent, and the term "Bank" and, when appropriate, "holder" shall include Agent in its individual capacity.
Loans by Agent. Comerica Bank and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as a Bank hereunder, shall have the same rights and powers hereunder as any other Bank and may exercise or refrain from exercising the same as though it were not the Agent.
