Loaner Laptops Clause Samples
The 'Loaner Laptops' clause outlines the terms under which laptops are temporarily provided to individuals, typically employees or contractors, for work-related use. It usually specifies the conditions for receiving, using, and returning the laptop, such as care requirements, restrictions on personal use, and liability for loss or damage. This clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities regarding the loaned equipment, helping to prevent misuse and clarify accountability.
Loaner Laptops. If available, loaner laptops may be issued to students if their laptop requires extended repair.
Loaner Laptops. The College shall develop a pool of loaner laptop computers with appropriate software installed for use by part time writing teachers in the English Department.
