Common use of Loan Transfer Statement Clause in Contracts

Loan Transfer Statement. Upon the Transferee’s request, the Transferor shall deliver to the Transferee one or more loan transfer statements (Department of Education Form OE Form 1074 or its equivalent) provided by the Transferee, executed by an Authorized Officer or agent of Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of and on behalf of the Transferor and dated the date of the related ▇▇▇▇ of Transfer. The Transferor agrees that the Transferee and the Eligible Lender Trustee may use the related ▇▇▇▇ of Transfer, including the Loan Transmittal Summary Form attached to that ▇▇▇▇ of Transfer, in lieu of a loan transfer statement (Department of Education Form OE 1074) as official notification to the Guarantor of the assignment by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of and on behalf of the Transferor to the Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of and on behalf of the Transferee of the Loans listed on the related ▇▇▇▇ of Transfer.
