Common use of Loan Transfer Statement Clause in Contracts

Loan Transfer Statement. Upon the Purchaser’s request, the Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser one (1) or more Loan Transfer Statements (Department Form OE 1074 or its equivalent) provided by the Purchaser, executed by the Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of the Seller and dated the date of the related ▇▇▇▇ of Sale. The Seller and the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Seller agree that the Purchaser and the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Purchaser may use the related ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, including the Loan Transmittal Summary Form attached to that ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, in lieu of OE Form 1074, as official notification to the Guarantor of the assignment by the Seller and the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Seller to the Purchaser and the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Purchaser of the Loans listed on the related ▇▇▇▇ of Sale.
